Oladele Titus Ajisebutu
Mr. Oladele Titus Ajisebutu, a seasoned Human Resource Personnel is a graduate of Psychology from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. He holds an M Sc in Industrial Psychology from the University of Lagos. He has over nineteen years experience in project management, human resource management and general administration in both banking and service industry. He was Group Head, HR Outsourcing for XL Management Services Limited (A Subsidiary Of UBA Plc) before joining Vic Lawrence & Associates as Senior Executive in charge of outsourcing services and learning management. He was the Lead Sector Consultant To Federal Capital Territory(FCT) on 2007-2009 Medium Term Sector Strategy(MTSS).
Prior to joining XL, Mr. Dele Ajisebutu worked in the Human Resources Department of National Bank of Nigeria Limited for 3 years where he was extensively involved in the setting up of the Human Resources department and the restructuring of the bank. He has also gained valuable experience in other disciplines like corporate affairs and administration in his career spanning about 8 years with the Lead Merchant Bank PLC. He recently surfaced briefly in the political terrain. He is presently a major outsourcing partner to the best micro-finance Bank in West-Africa. Dele is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (IPMN).
Mr. Victor Oyegoke is a season cooperative expert and a member of Institute of Cooperative Proffessionals of Nigeria (ICOPRON) graduated with distinction being one of the most brilliant student during his set at the prestigious premier cooperative institution in Africa – the Federal Cooperative College, Ibadan, Oyo State, where he bagged his National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Cooperative Economics and Management.
He has over 10 years working experience spanning Cooperative, Commercial & Retail banking, Microfinance Banking, and Retail Marketing. Mr. Victor attended training and development programmes hosted at the Cooperative College, Manchester, U.K. to seek more knowledge on, and about cooperative development and management. He is a faculty team of the North America Student of Cooperation (NASCO) Institute in Michigan, USA since November 2006. He has attended several cooperative conferences, seminars, workshops and trainings in Israel, Kenya, and Ghana, above all here in Nigeria where he had facilitated a lot of the events.
His love, passion and interest in cooperatives made him decided to be an enigma in the Cooperative Movement of Nigeria. He has been the driving force behind the Nigerian Youth Cooperative Network (NYCN-COOP) since year 2000 being the founder propagating the gospel of cooperation among young people in Nigeria. He was among the stakeholders that drafted the Implementation Strategy of the National Cooperative Development Policy of the Federal Government in 2007.
